MO2 crashes sometimes when clicking on "Load active profile as base"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Prepare Merge
2. Have an active profile
3. Select plugins by moving them to the right list
4. Click "Load active profile as base" a bunch of times until MO2 freezes and then crashes
