Host not found on first call to GetEnvironments #878
Description
Describe the problem
On first sign-in with a Power BI account, the call to [BRAVO]/auth/powerbi/GetEnvironments fails with the following error:
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (11001): No such host is known. (api.powerbi.com:443)
Forcing a retry by re-entering the email makes the call succeed. This issue may be related to HTTP client initialization during the first request.
