-F option and support for SendEnv #41

Description

So we have tried setting various things via the -F configuration file. We have verified (as others have) that it does not pass User or Port entries, although these can be overcome by including in the command line (e.g. user@server:port).
In our application, we need to pass an environment variable which is usually passed in the ssh command line as:
-o SendEnv=X_ENVIRONMENT_VARIABLE
In the -F configfile, if we have a line such as:
SendEnv X_ENVIRONMENT_VARIABLE
we would expect that in the ssh connection exchange, sshping would send the key/value of the environment variable as an 'env' (environment var) event in the ssh session.
Is there any way we can do this with the latest sshping build, or are we doing something incorrect with the -F configuration file
