Draft: FR: Please consider adding external terminal along with integrated terminal

Describe the solution you'd like

This FR request an external terminal (i.e. alacritty, kitty, Tlix) which need to pop out when we run code or debug. which Terminal will use can be choosen by user.

By this we can make terminal more flexible in terms of the theme, buffers, shortcuts, and each terminal has its own features track by individual projects. So terminals can be more focused and lapce will be also. This not means I am asking to remove the integrated one.
