Add extra tools to light expert

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice if we could do some extra stuff, like check the status of a light (or room). like "is the office light on?" or add colour into our request, for bulbs that support colour. "Hey can you set the bedroom lights to red"

Describe the solution you'd like
Just a few extra tools available to the lighting expert and it should be smart enough to handle the rest
