[FEATURE] Add "Smart Improve" Button for AI-Powered Refinement of Low-Quality Blogs

Blogs that receive a low content grade (e.g., "F") currently display recommendations but no way to act on them. This feature introduces a "Smart Improve" button that allows users to run the content through an AI-powered refinement tool, which returns:

• Rewritten paragraphs
• Tone and clarity suggestions
• Optional keyword enrichment

This enables users to take action on quality issues without rewriting manually.

Scope:
1.Add frontend button if content score ≤ D
2.Create /improve-content API endpoint
3.Use GPT/Gemini to refine paragraphs
4.Show side-by-side diff or inline changes
5.Allow "Apply All" option

impact:

• Increases usefulness of scoring engine
• Boosts SEO and content quality in 1 click
• Great UX for non-technical users
• Adds unique value beyond other blog generators
