[Bug]: Out of Memory error when consuming FDPS Flight FIXM full feed

Bug Description

Received an OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space error when consuming a full load of FDPS Flight FIXM. This error pops up anywhere from 3 to 30 minutes of running the application. Setting min and max heap size plus other memory constraint java command parameters do not appear to have any affect on the issue.

Tested version back to 1.3 and get the same error.

Expected Behavior

Application runs without an OOM error popping up.

Steps to Reproduce

Subscribe to a full FDPS feed of Flight FIXM in the SCDS portal.
Run the latest SFH release.
After a period of time, OOM errors may present themselves.

Workaround:

Split your subscription into multiple filters (Message Types is likely the best option) and run multiple instances of the feed handler.

Alternative workaround:

Run this watchdog script that will restart the java process when it recognizes an OOM error.
