Ensure Helps Are Counted Properly When Students Remove Themselves #2
Description
When a student receives help from a TA, but then removes themselves from the queue before the TA hits the "remove" button, should that count?
* Can we ensure that the records mark the TA when the TA offers help, rather than when the student is removed from the queue?
This will be an important detail to make sure we have correct when implementing #1.
