Fix image segmentation integration tests

Currently, the segmentation module is not tested in the native tests suite, due to heavy dependency on JSI logic, which would require a lot of manual stubbing to keep the linker satisfied. This task aims to fix that, by either stubbing that logic (not recommended) or refactoring segmentation to keep JSI logic outside.
