Frontend improvements

Simple changes for simple linking to front-end views for software and authors.

• url parameters are injected in the options, they should be applied at init for having URL-based linking
• add a R specific parameters for package name to simplify linking
• document how to do URL-linking to the frontend
• add a feedback button
