Activating plugin prevents changing the URL structure

Right after I activate this plugin, it changes the URL structure to default and it cant be changed. Its same behaviour as for other plugin Add Polylang support for Customizer, and the developer is not supporting the plugin anymore. The thing is my website has Slovak and Czech languages so many terms, products, words etc are same in both languages so Wordpress gets confused with same permalinks
