ERROR:  failed loading covariate from bed files. Reason: expected 705191340 regions, but found 656210334

Hi,
When I run the program, I met the following problem:
command:  Piranha ../bowtie/1.rsem.bed -c ../bowtie/5.rsem.bed -o 1.peaks.bed -s

ERROR:  failed loading covariate from ../bowtie/5.rsem.bed. Reason: expected 705191340 regions, but found 656210334

Anyone met the similar issues?
