[EMISO] Basic SO3 container

This issue follows the activities on the adaptation of the ME into a basic SO3 Container.

The goal is to be able to perform the following tasks from Portainer Server:

• Retrieving status/info on the SO3 Containers
• SO3 Container deployment/injection
• SO3 Container start/stop/restart
• SO3 Container termination / kill

The basic functionalities were add to emiso-engine app.

Next actions are:

• Code clean-up
• Management on the slotID in case of container stop or container restart commands

A emiso.service has also been added to simplify the control of the emiso-engine app.
