Dockerfile sudo not found

When deploying and running (with deploy.sh and st scripts at root) from a docker container (using docker image built from Dockerfile.env). I get the error "sudo: command not found" (multiple times in the case of deploy). sudo may be installed in the docker image or the scripts could be modified not to use sudo (but document the fact that they should then be launched using sudo)
