feat: support musl #144
Description
So3 currently uses a patched and stripped-down version of the musl libc. Adding full musl support would be a significant improvement, making it easier to run applications written in languages like Rust, Zig and others which can target musl.
Once musl is fully supported, the next step would be to transition from the current bare-metal toolchains to musl-based toolchains for a more streamlined and compatible development experience.
