Basic SO3 container

This issue follows the activities on the adaptation of the _ME_ into a basic _SO3 Container_.

The goal is to be able to perform the following tasks from _Portainer Server_:
* [ ] Retrieving status/info on the SO3 Containers
* [ ] SO3 Container deployment/injection
* [ ] SO3 Container start/stop/restart
* [ ] SO3 Container termination / kill
