It seems like you're having trouble opening the .mod file in IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio. Here are two things you could check:
1.File Format: The .mod file is written in OPL (Optimization Programming Language) and should be recognized by CPLEX Optimization Studio. Make sure you're creating a new project in CPLEX and then adding the .mod file to that project, rather than opening it directly without a project.
