Error when updating document

Please fix UploadDocumentPropertiesModelNormalizer.php
in the same way as you fixed CreateDocumentPropertyModelNormalizer.php in c592382

There is an error in seralization of getBilingualFileImportSettings due to 'raw' format requested instead of 'json' and that breaks documentUpdate functionality

Also need a clarification about updateDocument 'documentId' parameter
My tests shows that it needs to be in format WITH underscore in it. Acceptable format is:
{documentId}_{targetLanguageID} - where targetLanguageID must be actual project's target languages

Despite actually updating the original source file.

Sending 'documentId' without underscore and targetLanguageID in it causes "Bad Request / Not Found" responses.
