ExonDel provides no results

Hello,

I am trying to run ExonDel on my data (7 bam files around 3.2 Gb each), it's been around 4 hours from now, but I can not see any written results or at least changes in log file (it remains clean).

Could you please name approximate execution time for such amount of data?

If you are running it in background (for example, submitting a PBS file to
server), the log file may not change before task is completed.
You can run it directly in command line (perl ExonDel.pl ~~~~~) for the
first time. So that you will see some message very soon.
