Respect settings "explorer.[enableUndo|confirmUndo]"

When renaming a file and afterwards perform `Undo`, it will be silently renamed back to the original name.

There are two settings in VSCode to control this:

"explorer.confirmUndo"
```

Would it be possible to respect these settings?
