Ignore certain folders?

Is there a way to globally ignore certain folders? It seems to include folders I have in my wildignore.....

Ditto. Greplace does not respect my .gitignore, even though it is set up with set grepprg=ag and the ag utility does correctly respect my .gitignore on the command line (from the same folder). It appears to work correctly with set grepprg=git\ grep.
