BEGIN blocks can be an issue

If you have a package which calls one of it's methods in a BEGIN block then Test::Mock::Simple does get there fast enough.

Current way of getting around it is to put the entire mock module in a BEGIN block itself.

Not sure what is the best resolution for this.
