Permissions as part of init script #5
Description
We should consider adding to the init script to set Drupal's permissions to the defaults outlined here as well as setting up an example local settings file, create settings.php and append the local file include to the end.
Additionally, environments such as Pantheon require a setup with all files inside docroot, we might want to consider adding to the setup script to take these into account as well.
