Actin temperature 37C option #3
Description
Use Case
The actin model currently runs at 22C, the temperature used in the Pollard rate experiments, but it would be nice if it also ran at physiological temperature, 37C.
Solution
Find a timestep and force constant set so that filaments are stable at 37C.
Acceptance Criteria
A parameter set with temperature = 37C can run stably in the example actin model.
