Add Hip1R to actin

Use Case

To investigate the periodicity of actin binding, it would be nice to have hip1R linkers that can bind actin.

Acceptance Criteria

Hip1R molecules can be added to initial conditions, maintain geometric shape, and react with actin to bind/unbind
