Areas of Montenegro and many other countries are not updated

The library shows 21 areas (municipalities)
However there seem to be 25.

There is the new Zeta municipality, created in 2022, divided from Podgorica Municipality:

In addition - you have the area marked "Skadar Lake" (which is a lake and not a region...). Is it meant to be like this?

Seems that the areas missing are those, created since 2013

Petnjica Municipality (2013)
Gusinje Municipality (2014)
Tuzi Municipality (2018)
Zeta Municipality (2022)

And many other countries are also not up to date. For instance, Norway revamped its counties (fylke) with new ISO-3166 codes, but just the old ones (from before 2020) appear.
