Feature: Region ripple effect

Could be great to have a property to display a color while user handle press on a country / region.
Could be great to have the hand on a different color for each region / country.

I added hover functionality to the SimpleMap widget. It is not a ripple effect but you can change the color based on the mouse movement (when it hovers)
