Init impulses does not work correctly

Too high forces and capacity usage are shown joint loaded only by small own weight

InitImpulses option causes double y-f, expected is 1.8 kN for 180 kg beam
Plotting of forces shows false zero value if only selected joints are handled.

At time of previous report scale for ep-beam Scale and Mass scale were 10.
Default for Scale was changed to 100 and Mass scale to 300.

Currently using InitImpulses leaves forces to zero.
