Event weights by uncertainty source and control histograms

In Utilities/Analyzer.cc event weight sources need to be distinguished and systematic variations need to be added as well.
This has to be dumped into control histograms, so we can study the range of impact of each uncertainty source as well as do bugfixing when necessary.
