Requirements should just include software requirements #2081
Description
The docs page: https://developer.shopware.com/docs/guides/installation/requirements.html, right now contains Shopware as Software Requirements and Hardware Machine requirements for developers.
As this is the only page we have for requirements, people adopt those hardware requirements for their hosting, which is totally not the reality.
Therefore stuff like is totally misleading:
You have admin/root privileges
no managed hosting provider gives you root access.

(maybe remove how to install cmds for operating systems there)
just talk barely what our software requires and thats it
