This sounds to be something useful in my case but I am a tech illiterate. I can however make things work provided a simple guide (visual being the best)

Would that be possible for you?

As a beginner I assume just needed to

1. Add a new connection with the ➕ button,
2. Set the IP of other device with ADB running, or have this app running.
3. Then just [Connect]

But in my case:

pixel phones with
stock android 15
lineageos 20

I have a motorala going around with a busted screen. The repair shop says it is a bit too old and data recovery and screen replacement will be costly.

I have been waiting for something this tech-capable to get my and my late grandma's photos out of it. But that hasnt worked due to give mentioned issues.

Since the screen is partially responsive, i can turn on Bluetooth, wifi, Hotspot etc From the Quick settings but doing much on the screen is not possible.

Is it possible that i can fully depend on my current device to set up and control other device using termux or something ?

Maybe you could tell me the termux process (PC unavailable as i am away due to work) once?

For security reasons you are not able to remotelly control Android phones until you grant ADB access to the controller device (Developer Options > USB Debugging [enable] > Connect devices (USB is easy) > Authorize ("permanently" recommended).
(If you have acccess to similar phone, you can mirror the movements to go trough this process using touch control or OTG mouse/keyboard).
