Description

Currently, users can edit and collaborate on notes, but navigating large or multiple notes is difficult.
Adding a robust Search & Navigation system will significantly improve user experience, productivity, and content discoverability.

Proposed Features:

1. Global Search (Across All Notes)

• Search by title, content, or tags.
• Instant results dropdown as the user types.
• Filters: date modified, author, shared/private.
• Highlight matching results in preview.

2. In-Note Search (Find / Go To)

• A lightweight in-note “Ctrl + F” style search bar.
• Highlights all occurrences of the search term.
• Optional navigation buttons (Next / Previous).
• Auto-scroll to match when clicked.

Why This Matters:

• Improves usability for users managing multiple notes.
• Reduces time spent scrolling and searching manually.
• Makes CollabNote more competitive with tools like Notion, Obsidian, and Google Docs.
