Description
Interactive init script asking questions and initializing either
- a SM
- a CBM
- both a SM and a CBM
by cloning them from https://github.com/server-state/template-module or https://github.com/server-state/template-cbm and updating the package name and perhaps other parameters in the package.json(s)
