How can libpeer be used in different networks?

When the browser and the device are in different networks, such as office and home, libpeer can't work, which seems to be a hole drilling failure. Does libpeer only support the same LAN? How can libpeer be used in different networks?

I've setup a turn server for this reason, webrtc is not working in my country due to layers of nat.
