Correct the number of supporters

Now that we have Gift A Meal, we're creating a new gift card for each "meal bought". If one person buys 20 meals, then we'd increase the number of supporters by 20. This inorganically inflates the number.

Instead, we should count the number of "Purchasers" on a PaymentIntent. However, something to keep in mind is if you make a donation to Shunfa, and make another donation to Shunfa a month later, I would think that that would count as two "supports".

I think you can just count PaymentIntents instead of counting Items
