SSVC Explanation

The goal of this document is that Mike W. can read this during his first tea of the morning or between sets at the gym. It should be a broad explainer for the non-expert to then seek expert opinions on it.

This document is based on the SSVC v2.1 whitepaper.

Please provide any and all feedback. If anything is technically incorrect, too vague, a typo, etc... please let me know.

Haven't looked at it yet, just noting that the content of the site (from 2024) is already different from the 2.1 draft (from 2023), so any conflicts between 2.1 and 2024.3.x should go in favor of 2024.3.x
