escape.ident will break if new reserved words are added in new versions of Postgres #23
Description
I don't really understand why it's worth it to avoid adding double quotes some of the time in escape.ident. Always adding quotes would be more futureproof. quoteIdent looks inexpensive... is the idea to cut down on network traffic to and from the database?
