Unable to start the application after upgraded from v0.1.0 to v0.2.0

Hi, I'm a user of SeekCode and love it very much.
But I met a issue that cannot open the application after upgraded from v0.1.0 to v0.2.0.

My information is as below:
OS: Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC | 21H2 | 19044.6093
The v0.1.0 was installed via SeekCode_0.1.0_x64_en-US.msi

Upgrade Steps:

1. Open the application on v0.1.0
2. Get a upgrade alert
3. Click the upgrade button and install
4. Unable to open the application again even after reboot the laptop

Could you please help to check? Thanks a lot!
