Native doesn't seem to work in wsl2.

Not sure if this is the correct place, but using native I get the Internet is not reachable! message. Likely has to do with some proxy and/or running from within wsl 2.

Could this be something to do with your WSL configuration? When I test it, it works perfectly for me.

Could be, but I did do any customizations. It might be because at some point it enforces a proxy or something. I don't see any clear error, also not with the debug logging on, so it's hard to pinpoint what is going wrong.

SDKMAN does not do anything specific with proxies, and uses curl to communicate directly with our backend servers on the web. If curl can't reach our servers, it will definitely be down to some networking issues on your host or in your intranet.

I guess the question is than what is different with the curl calls between native and non native?

Currently the native extensions are not making any http calls. All calls are made by curl right now.
