Assert after telling a support ship to depart, then requesting rearm

I'd lost my weapons subsystem and the support ship was busy repairing my wingmates, so I told it to depart and requested a new one. Apparently, the first ship jumping out didn't clear the `Awaiting_repair` flag (probably on me, but I'm not sure).
