adapting learners modules for text2onto

Now that challenge models are well adapted to `text2onto` task. It is time to adapt the core functions to this task as well.

The base learner is well adapted; however, the modules such as AutoLLMLearner, or AutoRetrieverLearner, or AutoRAGLearner are not adapted. Can we make this adoption for `text2onto` task?
