Tagging for sphinx gallery

I've been working on integrating sphinx-gallery and sphinx-tags be interested to know if any other projects using sphinx-gallery are interested in collaborating

We had some discussions about how useful tagging sphinx-gallery examples would be to other projects and there was general feeling that it would be useful. I proposed that we should look into moving sphinx-tags into the scientific Python org and adding some features for the gallery use case.
