Provide "ps" and "top" workalikes that are CHOS-aware

These tools would be similar to OpenVZ's "vzps" and "vztop" tools, and would report processes' CHOS environment setting.

Interesting idea. This could be done with a /proc file that dumps out the mapping or a per pid type list similar to /proc/. I think the first would be much easier to support.
