better branching

after https://github.com/sbgrid/data-capture-module/pull/28 and 
https://github.com/sbgrid/data-capture-module/pull/29 are sorted; should create develop branch w\ feature branches off that, merging back to master on release (aka - usual sane multi-dev approach).
