  after loading the game, don't push start button, leave it running in demostration mode, and after some time it may freeze up, for example, it may go into black screen.
  or you can
  adjust the game difficulty to 1, and then start playing the game, try to beat up as many computer players as possible , the game may freeze up at somewhere

by the way, a 1M memory card is required to play this game, and the freeze up is only happened when playing with satiator, not when playing with the originl disc.
