Server Module Updates

1. Add logging capability so all print statements are directed to a .txt file in addition to the terminal window
   • Automatically (periodically) copy this log file as an asset into the Anvil project files
   • Build a log page in the dashboard so the most recent 5 log files can be viewed from the dashboard interface
2. Modify server function so that a user can change the update frequency programmatically from the dashboard
3. Add error checking to catch Anvil Server errors (due to internet dropouts or otherwise)
4. Create a module that will run that will automatically create the appropriate miner_coin tables if they do not already exist whenever a new update is begun
5. Remove "EST" from output time strings
