Description
As for Saagie V1 we need a jupyter spark image with same functionnalities.
Saagie V1 image is based on jupyter/docker-stacks project which generates a jupyter/pyspark-notebook image.
We should base V2 pyspark image on saagie/jupyer-python-nbk image instead to keep python libraries and versions compliant with saagie/python images.
