Tooltip init() method

Dear Developers,

Thank you very much for the following plugin, it is really fantastic and useful.

However, there is one small idea to make it more flexible. Specifically, you could use an init() method to set the attributes globally.

For example:

Tooltip.init( {
 key: value,
 key: value
...
} );

But the data- custom options would still be available at HTML tag level.
