[BUG] Showing that we are playing in the server even when we are not playing in (Discord activity section bug)

Describe the bug
When you open and join any server then quit at any time this shows on the discord activity page (screenshot attached) Even when we are not in the server and quitted a while ago.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go in game using SA:GL in any server
2. then quit after playing some time
3. then check discord activity page
4. See there will be showing that we are still in the server and playing in it

Expected behavior
It should not show that we are still in the server and playing in it instead it should show "In the menu of servers, SA:GL"
