Opus usage limit seems to be off

When I'm using Opus exclusively (/model and select Opus), the usage limit seems to be off by quite a bit.

Right now, I'm out of my 5h limit and ccusage shows 68.5%, I did use half Sonnet half Opus here.

Estimation shows 44.12$, I'm on the Max plan.

Is ccusage using price to estimate usage? Is the price correct for Opus?
